If the shipment is returned by their customs agent in their particular country, because of laws prohibiting items shipped, documentation, or other legal circumstances, the incurring charges, thereafter, are the responsibility of the customer. We are by no means responsible for any laws or changes to the law, prohibiting any items we sell, by that country. We only assume the customer has checked with his country's law or import laws on any order being received. Any shipping times given by us are only approximates.
